About Restrictive Justice
Diversion with a Restorative Justice Approach (RJ) is an approach in which the child offender (girl or boy) at the age of criminal responsibility and the victim, whether an adult or a child and their families and those who care about them take part in a discussion about how the child’s offence has affected him/herself, the victim(s), and others with the help of a trained professional, for example a social worker.
